Namor, the Sub-Mariner, fought a giant, Antarctic, and quite well-spoken sea yeti named Torg. He had the self-appointed appellation, "The Abominable Snow-King".
Torg lived in an ice cave and sough to rule the seas - not entirely sure how he was planning on doing that, but he was nothing if not ambitious.

I think Torg is critically under-rated. I am going to add to my Wish List this year a custom action figure or more fan art featuring Torg.

MY VERY OWN FRIEND, the highly talented Torran Anderson, wrote a book, a leveled reader, called Looking for Bigfoot on the subject of, well, you guessed it: Bigfoot, and before publication, Torran (knowing I blog about yeti) told me he was going to try to sneak a yeti in.
And he did! ... It's like I always say: No man is a failure who has friends.
